Three Rivers Petroglyphs NM

Leaving Alamogordo on Oct 19, we first headed E into Lincoln National Forest (since the map indicated it as a scenic road.) There was lots of fall color, although no good places for photos. We stopped at a restored railroad trestle that carried people into the mountains before any roads were build. We retraced the route and headed N until we saw a sign for a petroglyph site at Three Rivers.
