Higz Island

Higz island does not come up in any google search. We stopped there to visit a water treatment plant and a local farming family. The treatment plant is operated by one person who keeps the pump running and monitors operation. He explained how he periodically shuts it down to do preventative maintenance. Then we visited a family who served us tean. They were local farmers.
